What if I spell a name wrong?
We cut exactly what you type, so check each name before you check out. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will fix it if it has not been cut yet.
How long does it take?
Each necklace is made in one to three days, then US delivery takes four to nine days. You get tracking by email when it ships. For Christmas, order by December 8.
What is it made of?
Stainless steel in a gold, silver or rose gold finish, so it can be worn every day without turning skin green.
How do the bundle discounts work?
Put two necklaces in your bag and 15% comes off both; three or more and every one is 20% off. Each can have different names and finishes. No code needed.
How long is the chain?
The chain has an extender, so you can wear it at the collarbone or a little lower. With four or five names, the outer names sit along the sides of the neck.
